IRTEA TALK  WITH TIJEN DEMIREL-PEGG | April 9, performance at 2 PM
Tijen Demirel-Pegg, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at IUPUI, joins the IRT for a post-show discussion after the 2 pm Miranda performance on April 9 covering the misconceptions of violence in the Middle East and how it continues to be a misunderstood hotbed of conflict. Stay immediately after the performance to hear from Demirel-Pegg and ask her your most intriguing questions!

Join Miranda playwright and IRT’s Playwright-in-Residence James Still for a post-show discussion on April 20 after the 7:30 pm Miranda performance. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from Still about how he researched and created Miranda. Discussions begin immediately following the performance and last approximately 30 minutes.


POST-SHOW DISCUSSION | April 22, performance at 4 PM
Join Ben Cameron, President of the Jerome Foundation, and Henry Godinez, Director for Miranda, for a post-show discussion on April 22 after the 4 pm Miranda  performance. Cameron and Godinez have spent their careers in theatre developing distinct expertise in the administrative and artistic realms. Hear about their experience of both creating and seeing new work, and learn how playwrights like James Still are attempting to write about the impact of changing politics and policy in our world, right now.
