Group Rates:
10-49 people --- $10 off per ticket
50-99 people --- $15 off per ticket
100 + people --- half-priced tickets
Prices may vary according to the type of show, day of week, and seating desired.
Call the IRT Ticket Office at 317.635.5252 or make your group request online by clicking HERE. Please include your contact information, the production you wish to see, your preferred dates and times and the number in your party.
Next, we will contact you to confirm your arrangements. A contract will be issued and this will include details of your reservation and payment schedule.
In order to make a reservation, please give the closest estimate of the number of seats that will be needed, complete billing information, phone number and e-mail address. We make every attempt to put group members as close together as possible when seating; however that is not always possible.
You may pay with cash, personal or company check. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
One half of the payment is due with the initial reservation; the second deposit is due a week prior to the scheduled performance date. Seats can be subtracted from your original reservation until your final payment is due. At this time the IRT will need an exact count.
There are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets under any circumstances. If you must cancel your reservation please do so before the final payment is needed. <!--[endif]-->
If you wish to host a pre- or post-show reception, special rental rates are offered to groups. Space is limited and subject to availability.
Cars and vans may drop off passengers in front of the main entrance of the IRT. These vehicles may not park in front of the theatre for the duration of the show. Below are suggested parking garages.
