What is the IRT Celebrity Radio Show?

The IRT Celebrity Radio Show is the Indiana Repertory Theatre's annual FUNdraising event featuring a skit written in the form of a 1940’s classic radio show starring community VIPs, professionals, and celebrities in an all-star cast. The evening also includes a gourmet dinner, silent auction, live band, dancing, and other surprises!  This year’s Celebrity Radio Show, written by Bruce Hetrick (Hetrick Communications) and John Thomas (Jen Thomas PR), is entitled American Idle Indy-otic Half Time Audition.

500 - 600 people traditionally attend the IRT Celebrity Radio Show.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 6 p.m. in the Indiana Roof Ballroom (6th floor of the IRT building)

How much are tickets and how can I purchase them?

Single tickets are $150 and include admission, complimentary valet parking, drink ticket, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner for one person.  Table for ten are also available for $1,500 and include admission, complimentary valet parking and drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner for ten people.  Single tickets and tables may be purchased online through the "Buy Tickets Now" button or by phone by calling the IRT Development Department at (317) 916-4859.

Will I receive a paper ticket for the IRT Celebrity Radio Show?

The IRT does not distribute paper tickets for this event.  Your paid reservation will serve as your admission to the IRT Celebrity Radio Show.  Table seating information will be available at the event.

How do I access the complimentary valet parking?

Complimentary valet parking is available curbside at the Indiana Repertory Theatre, 140 W. Washington St.  Please let the parking attendant know that you are attending the 2011 IRT Celebrity Radio Show. 

What is the attire for the event?

Cocktail attire is recommended.
