TICKET OFFICE HOURS
You can call or visit us in person Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. On performance days, our ticket office will remain open until one half hour after the final performance.
On Saturdays and Sundays with performances, we open at 12:00 p.m. and close one half hour after curtain of the final performance. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays with no scheduled performances.
2015/16 IRT Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policy:
Tickets may be exchanged at any time prior to your scheduled performance for any other performance of the same show at no extra cost. If you are a seated subscriber and are switching into a performance of higher value, you may be required to pay an upgrade fee.
We encourage you to make Ticket Exchanges at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
Subscribers receive one voucher for a free upgrade with each seated subscription.
Subscribers also have the Trade-A-Play option, which allows one ticket exchange into any other Signature six, regular-season productions without any exchange fees or restrictions.
If you should forget to exchange your tickets until after the performance date has passed, you will be required to pay a $15 late exchange fee. Subscribers will get a one-time exemption for their first late exchange. If you know you will not be able to make your performance, but do not know when you can reschedule, please call the ticket office to release your seats and you may call back at a later date to choose another performance without incurring the late exchange fee.
