Student Matinee Reservations for the 2025-2026 is Now Open!

We look forward to seeing you this season and will return your query as soon as possible. Please note that the following request form does not guarantee a reservation to any IRT production. Once this form has been submitted, it will be sent to IRT’s Education Department. If one of your preferred shows has seats available, seats will be reserved for you and you will then receive a confirmation email of seats reserved. If seats in your preferred performances are not available, you will be contacted by IRT with alternate dates and availability based on your response to this form.

To request a copy of any script in this season for review purposes, or to ask questions about the themes or language in the plays, please contact IRT Education at education@irtlive.com.

If you have a group less than 15 and you have selected a show with "SOLD OUT" please also contact us directly at education@irtlive.com to try to secure your seats as they are first come, first served. Otherwise we will add you to our waitlist.

You will receive 1 free teacher ticket for every 15 students. This discount will be applied after IRT confirms your reservation.

Why do we need this? The IRT receives multiple grants and partnerships to keep student matinee prices low and provide additional underwriting support. In order to continue to receive this funding we must report the number of students with IEPs and/or 504s we serve every year.

Percentage of free and reduced lunches given at your school(Required)

Why do we need this? All tickets for Christel DeHaan Student Matinee Programs are deeply discounted. Additional underwriting is solely based on your school’s free and reduced lunch rate according to the Indiana Department of Education. In order to receive a lower priced ticket than the one listed on the page, this statistical information must be provided each year.

Does your group require any accommodations such as wheelchair seating or ASL interpretation? If yes, please describe.

Is there other information that IRT should know about your visit?

As soon as you choose the submit button, you should see a confirmation message that says "Thank you for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly." You should also receive an email thanking you for your reservation request within 5 minutes of submission. If you do not see both of these, then your submission has not gone through. Please try again or email the education department directly at education@irtlive.com.
