Ben’s Bench is a conversation series hosted by Artistic Director Benjamin Hanna, featuring candid discussions about the creative process, the stories behind IRT productions, and the role Theatre plays in our community. Whether you’re a longtime donor, a subscriber, or recently attended your very first show, pull up a chair and join the conversation.
For the inaugural Ben’s Bench, Ben welcomes Playwright-in-Residence Jessica Huang. Ever wonder how an artistic director chooses a playwright-in-residence? Or how the subject matter is chosen when a play is commissioned by this playwright? If so, this conversation is for you! Pull up a chair. Join the conversation.
