How to Use Digital Tickets
How do I access my tickets?
- On your mobile phone, visit https://wallet.irtlive.com. You will also receive an email after you purchase that contains a link to your tickets in wallet.irtlive.com
- Log in using the same email tied to your IRT account.
- Select your event and open your ticket(s).
- Save tickets to your Apple Wallet (Google Wallet is not supported at this time; this feature is currently in development)

What is a digital ticket?
A digital ticket is a secure ticket stored on your mobile device. Instead of printing or picking up at Will Call, you’ll simply log in to your account on your phone, access your tickets, and present the QR code at the door.
How is this different from Print at Home Tickets?
Print-at-Home tickets use a static barcode that can be copied or duplicated. True Tickets uses a dynamic QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds—making it more secure and reliable.
Why is IRT using digital tickets?
- Digital tickets are convenient, sustainable, and secure. They allow you to:
- Access your tickets anytime on your phone
- Share tickets instantly with friends or family, while always keeping one ticket for yourself
- Save tickets to your Apple Wallet (Google Wallet not supported at this time)
- Enjoy automatically updated tickets if changes occur
- Help us reduce paper waste and streamline entry
How can I find my tickets?
Your tickets will be located in the IRT Digital Wallet at https://wallet.irtlive.com. You can log in with your current IRT account email and password or opt to generate a one-time code.
Can I still get a printed ticket if I visit the Ticket Office?
Yes. Just let us know when your ticket is booked if you want to pick up physical tickets at Will Call.
When will my QR code be available?
Your QR code will appear two hours before curtain time. You can still see your ticket details or share your ticket in advance.
Can I screenshot or print my ticket?
No. Because the QR code refreshes every 30 seconds, screenshots or printouts won’t work at entry. Please present the live QR code on your device.
Can I add my ticket to my phone’s wallet?
Yes, Apple Wallet is supported.
Google Wallet is not currently supported (this feature is in development).
Can I share my tickets with friends or family?
Yes! Digital tickets make sharing simple:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the ticket you would like to share. To prevent fraud, one ticket will always remain with you in your wallet. Contact the Ticket Office for questions.
3. Tap “Share Ticket” and enter your guest’s name and email or phone number.
4. They’ll receive a secure link to claim the ticket.
What if I change my mind?
You’re always in control—you can see the status of shared tickets and revoke them if needed.
Are there times when ticket sharing isn’t available?
Yes, for select performances ticket sharing may be disabled. This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
What should I do when I arrive?
- Open your ticket on your phone browser or Apple Wallet.
- Have your QR code ready as you approach the House Staff.
- Make sure your phone is charged and brightness turned up for scanning.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
Please call the Ticket Office at 317.635.5252 in advance, and we’ll help arrange an alternative option.
I can’t log in.
- Make sure you’re using the same email address connected to your IRT account.
- Use “Forgot Password?” if needed.
- If you’ve requested a login code but didn’t receive it, check your spam folder.
- Still need help? Please contact the Ticket Office.
My tickets aren’t showing up.
- Refresh your browser.
- Confirm you’re logging in with the correct email.
- Email the Ticket Office if you still don’t see them.
My QR code won’t load or scan.
- Refresh the page by pulling down on your browser screen.
- In Apple Wallet, tap the three dots on the ticket and pull down to refresh.
- Ensure automatic updates are enabled.
