RESERVATIONS

Reservations may be requested by emailing education@irtlive.com.

Reservations are billed for the number of tickets reserved, not the number of students attending on the day of show.

PAYMENT AND CHANGING ORDERS

After your reservation is made and you've received your invoice, you may amend your order until 6 weeks prior to your performance. This 6 week deadline is printed on your invoice. All changes to your order must be approved by IRT via phone or email. Requests for changes after the deadline printed on your invoice may not be honored at IRT's discretion. Orders placed within 6 weeks of a performance date are considered final and cannot be amended.

Payment for your order is due 6 weeks prior to your performance. This 6 week deadline is printed on your invoice. To arrange payment by installment or delayed payment, contact IRT. Instructions for submitting payment are printed on your invoice. IRT accepts checks payable to "IRT" and major credit cards. All payments are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be made except in cases of cancellation due to weather or other emergency.

ABSENT STUDENTS

If a student or chaperone with a paid ticket is absent on the day of your visit, we can provide a voucher allowing them to return to another performance of the same play. The voucher is good for one ticket only. No refunds will be given due to student absence.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If your school is canceled or delayed, please contact IRT Education as soon as possible. We will first attempt to find a future performance of the same show to move your reservation into. If that is not an option for your school, we will try to move your reservation into a different production later in the season. If none of those options work, we can offer a refund of your ticket cost. Refunds are only available in instances of school or classroom emergency.

STUDENTS REQUIRING ACCOMMODATIONS

IRT will make every effort to accommodate the needs of any student. If anyone in your group requires wheelchair-accessible seating, audio description, ASL or assisted listening services, sensory-friendly seating or any other accommodations, please let IRT know at least 30 days before your visit so that we can best accommodate your needs. While we will work diligently to meet the needs of every student, we cannot guarantee accommodation requests made within 30 days of the performance.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Financial assistance for tickets to all IRT Student Matinees is available thanks to generous support from the Alan and Linda Cohen Education Fund. Please contact education@irtlive.com for details.

For the 2023-2024 Season, IRT will not require masks or proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Our mask-optional policy allows patrons the flexibility to mask or not mask in our spaces.
